At the I.O. we believe in the experience. When you come here it is for more than just a plate of food, a glass of wine, a lassie, or a cocktail. We aren’t seeking to flip our tables as so many restaurants do, and nor do we seek to get you drunk so you don’t stop ordering more as so many bars do.
